When you encounter an issue with the phone system be sure to open a ticket immediately following the incident!

Available Options:

  1. Open a ticket @ http://dghelpokc.dgrp.ad/portal
  2. Email helpdesk@transtar1.com
  3. Call 405-619-2400 from and external line or 391-2400 from and internal line.
